VERTICAL STOCK PHOTOGRAPHY
The 111th Aerial Photography Squadron has joined forces with AirPhotoUSA, LLC to offer the industry's largest collection of vertical aerial photography on CD. These high-resolution photographs are seamless, true color and ortho-rectified, all delivered in AirPhotoUSA's exclusive software "PhotoMapper" providing the fastest, on-demand, user friendly tools giving accurate geographic information. This photographic imagery can be a vital tool for any business, providing a bird's eye view of their marketplace or homebase.

Businesses such as Real Estate have long used aerial photographs to highlight the location of an offered property, often relying on companies like the 111th to take custom aerial pictures of a site on demand. Having AirPhotoUSA's CD as an in-house tool, allows photographs of a site to be viewed, cropped and utilized instantly for marketing materials. State and local municipalities will find AirPhotoUSA's CDs an indispensable tool for the management of their cities' resources:- from planning to public works to police, fire and other essential services.
School Districts will find the CD an invaluable tool for the management of their facilities, including emergency evacuation planning, district mapping, site selection, design and bus routing. Click here for some examples of how vertical aerial photographs can be an invaluable aid for School Districts.
Other businesses now utilizing the photomapping tool include transportation agencies, planning officials, GIS professionals, engineering and environmental consultants.

A click of the mouse gives the user accurate mapping details such as street names, demographic information, FEMA data, USGS contours and points of interest. Useful tools include easy annotation of the photograph, area outline and highlighting, measuring tools, drag and drop symbols, color control, and the ability to crop a specific area of interest for output to e-mail, print-out or use in brochures. Additional "plug ins" are provided with PhotoMapper that provide for integration into your CADD or GIS software with a single mouse click. Various geodetic projections are also supported.
The 111th will provide AirPhotoUSA CDs for the State of California. AirPhotoUSA updates its California coverage yearly.
